WORRIED ABOUT YOUR VOTE BY MAIL BALLOT?

The Walton Supervisor of Elections has SECURE DROP BOXES in both North Walton and South Walton. You can take your VOTE BY MAIL ballot and drop them in the box at the Walton County Courthouse in North Walton or in a box at the Walton Courthouse Annex on Hwy. 331 in South Walton County. We stopped by the Courthouse Annex and took a couple of photos so that you can see where the Secure Drop Boxes are located. There is one on the outside of the building, to the right of the double door entrance to the Courthouse Annex.

You can place your ballot in the slot and avoid mailing the ballot. The box is available 24 hours a day. The Supervisor of Elections staff empty the box several times a day.

You can also go inside the Courthouse Annex building and to your left is the Supervisor of Elections Office. There is another Secure Drop Box to the left of the door to the SOE Office.

The Drop Box has a flip top lid with a slot underneath it for your ballot. This box is accessible during regular Office Hours, which are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
